Horizon Marine Services Inc. was established in 1978 by Harold Lugo. His vision was to start a company that would revolutionize the yacht service industry.The plan was to start a full marine service that specialized in custom fabrication, fiberglass, gel coat repair, custom painting, interior wood craftsmanship, as well as all other yachting needs.
His vision is now a reality and in over two decades of business, Horizon Marine Services has developed into a fine business that reaches only the highest standard of quality for the yachting community.
